Who we are

We are a local, family-owned General Contracting business, located in Waxhaw, NC, serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. We strive to provide quality work for our customers. Our end goal, like our company name states, is to do “Solid Work”, that will last for a long time.

Our owner is Wuilliam Guifarro, who is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami, FL. He fell in love with the Carolinas, and relocated to North Carolina in 2018, after graduating in 2015 from Florida Gulf Coast University with his B.S. Wuilliam has been involved in construction since his early teens, including but not limited to remodels, demolitions, roofing, framing, and new construction.

Wuilliam holds his General Contracting license in the following states:

North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

He recently obtained his Level 4 Septic Installer License along with the Subsurface Operator License. He takes pride in keeping up with industry standard building codes and continuing education in the field of construction.
